My Aug. 27 Visit to the Amber Hagerman Memorial:
I (The Ellis County Observer) believe strongly that I have found the man who abducted and murdered 9-year-old Amber Hagerman in Arlington, Texas in January 1996. His name is Bill N. Fry, formerly of 210 Ranch Two Rd. in Ferris, Texas and now a resident of Prescott Valley, Arizona. We now have confirmation that Bill N. Fry owned an apartment in Arlington, Texas in 1996. Click this link to see where it was, and a map and analysis of why he was there. My entire investigation into Bill N. Fry in a 10-years-and-counting media career all began on Feb. 8, 2011 — when I turned 30-years-old. It stemmed from a massive cache of child pornography found at the Courtyard Apartments on North Clay Street (Apt C-22) in Ennis, Texas.Fry’s stepson, Buddy Anderson and his wife, Sharon, both lived at that apartment. They bolted town after an argument over TVs with Buddy’s step-brother, Robert.

Much — if not all — of that child pornography that was found in The Courtyard Apartments on Feb. 8, 2011 was conducted, photographed and videotaped at Bill N. Fry’s 210 Ranch Two Rd. home, according to federal authorities and relatives of both the Andersons and Fry. The Ellis County Observer‘s most trusted, loyal reader in Ennis lived in those apartments. He was asked by the apartment manager to go with six others to clean out Unit C-22. Of the seven who went to clean it out, six didn’t want to report the child porn that was found. My source was the one who contacted Ennis cops.

The Amber Hagerman links are a big part of what is a much larger problem: a global child porn/child-sex operation. Also, The Ellis County Observer (Joey G. Dauben) has been blamed by the Fry family for the recent death of Bill N. Fry’s mother. The passing was reported in The Daily Courier in Prescott, Arizona. I have been in contact with authorities, media representatives (both in Dallas and Arizona) and scores of others on this case. I ask the readers to decide for themselves, judge the allegations contained, and pray without ceasing for the murderer to be brought to justice.
- Bill N. Fry (no relation to Constable Ben Fry, R-Ennis) is Buddy Anderson’s stepdad; he was married to Wanda Mitchell (Wanda was arrested by Ennis police after the Andersons fled)
- Bill N. Fry, in 1996, remodeled homes in Fort Worth and Arlington during the time of Amber Hagerman’s death (where we get the “Amber Alerts” system from)
- Bill N. Fry rented an apartment in Arlington not far from where Hagerman was abducted (click here to see the map and address + analysis of his apartment)
- Bill N. Fry, according to relatives, had a “master key” to hundreds of HUD homes; he and his workers winterized these homes and remodeled them (John Coker from Nelson Properties and Golden Feather Realty, according to stepson Robert, can confirm that Fry had a master key to those homes — hundreds in number)
- NEW: A 1996 complaint to HUD was found in a Google search on Golden Feather Realty (Bob & Sandi Kolitz): http://archives.hud.gov/offices/oig/reports/files/ig761802.pdf
- A previous allegation of enticing a minor from Grand Prairie PD, according to relatives of Fry, was not pursued (that’s according to the niece in this story here)
- A previous allegation of cutting stepson Robert’s throat was also not pursued, even though the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office reported (investigator Edward Santos took the report); Fry did have “a Jenkins” as a lawyer; some speculate that the Jenkins law firm — as influential as they are — helped get rid of this for Fry;
- The black Chevrolet Cheyenne (LP# DV7171; VIN: 1GCDC14Z6KZ188366) truck with white tool box in the back matches similar descriptions that Bill N. Fry drove in 1996 was sold — it is now registered to a man in San Angelo; the eye-witness to Amber Hagerman’s kidnapping saw a dark-colored truck pull up to snatch the little girl;
- Bill N. Fry left Texas shortly after Hagerman’s body was found, according to relatives; relatives said they did not know why he left Texas
- Bill N. Fry sold his houses at 210/220 Ranch Two Road in Ferris in 1998, according to public records searches
- Bill N. Fry, according to Ennis police, “cashed out” his truck, his house, (police: “cashed out”) and moved out of the state in ’98
- Bill N. Fry, according to relatives, got plastic surgery done to his face at a VA hospital shortly after the Hagerman death
- There were witnesses in Fry’s family who saw bloodied girls panties in the back of the black truck belonging to Fry
- When confronted, the relatives said Fry took the panties and a black bag and set them on fire at the house on Ranch Two Road (videos of Ranch Two Road…) where Fry and others performed their child porn operation — and where that underwear was burned)
- Bill N. Fry is registered at several properties in Prescott and Prescott Valley, Arizona; [Click Here for the Map + Addresses + Analysis]. Bill N. Fry lives in Prescott Valley, but also lived in Chino Valley.
- Ironically, Amber Hagerman’s mom was the focus of a story about getting off of welfare; Dallas media had coverage of this story, including videos of Amber;
- Ironically, several years ago, I covered a SWAT raid on an alleged drug house on Ranch Two Road in Ferris; I usually don’t “ambulance chase” in my role, but that day was different. Fast forward to 2011, and that video footage I took — now on YouTube — has the very house that Bill N. The Reaction: My sources are constantly being attacked for less-than-shiny backgrounds and where they grew up. I’ve had sources tell me that Arlington police and those close to the Hagerman family have been told to dis-affiliate with me, not communicate with me and in essence, ignore me. I believe fully in what I am doing, and will not let attacks and discrediting of witnesses and sources “get me down.” It is my hope and earnest prayer that this murderer be brought to justice…

Confess your crimes, turn yourself in and please, let’s end this cycle today. End it now. The children, parents and relatives of your victims and of your relatives’ victims and your friends’ victims deserve justice once and for all. I know the family history — the molestations, the “sharing” and the intra-family relationships. It’s sick. But it’s got to end, Bill. It has to end once and for all. Please…for justice’s sake. Please…turn yourself in today. Bill N. Fry, you cannot run any more. You must do the right thing.
